How much should I pay for a used bicycle?
I do not need anything. I just need to move to places like the library and close the record store, since I'm only 14 and can not drive.

Good question, but it is difficult to answer. There are an incredible number of factors that will affect the amount you'll pay for a bike.

But one common denominator is that virtually all riders also own and drive cars, so we fund and use roads as well. Trying to cross a street from the sidewalk on a bike is particularly dangerous.
