Is my Trek hybrid bike good enough for limestone trails?

I have a Trek 7300 hybrid bike with Bontrager Invert Hardcase, tires 700x35C. I rolled on the rocks, the other day and began to wonder how hard a path of my bike can handle.

You can ride on dirt, but I would avoid anything with lots of technical trails - rocks, logs, most of the roots. The bike is not designed to handle much more of this stuff (the geometry of the bike is very helpful in maneuvering around the subject).

The cyclist who topped the individual fundraising total in a 100km charity bike ride was presented with a prize of a new bike. Chevin Cycles of Otley has now presented her with a Trek hybrid bike. Helen Morgan took part in the Acorn 100k Charity Bike Ride in May, raising more than £700 for two good causes. She is now planning to cycle the Great Yorkshire Bike Ride next year. Acorn chairman, Louise Hanen, said: “I am thrilled to present this cycle to Helen for her tremendous effort in raising so much money for Acorn. Ilkley and Harrogate-based Acorn supports research into scleroderma at Leeds General Infirmary and a charity supporting people. Helen cycled the route with the Aldwick Spinners team, which raised £2,739 in total.
