What brand do you recommend for a hybrid bike- Raleigh, Cannondale, Giant, Trek, Bianchii, Specialized?

What brand do you recommend for a hybrid bike Raleigh, Cannondale, Giant, Trek, Bianchii, specialized. All prices between 300-400. Cannondale is 400 while all the others hover around 300.
