What is the law relating to use of a bike dog trailer on the road?
My dog has a problem of spine which limits how far he can walk. Of course, we walk him as much as possible, but if we want to continue we need a way to transport it. I just want to use the trailer on trails or back roads of light traffic.
I do not know where you are, but here in London, I am not aware of the laws regarding these trailers that are becoming very fashionable to bring children or dogs.

The trailers work with a quick-connect that attaches to most bikes.
What the Carters came up with is a bicycle trailer with a fold-up floor.
Each trailer has paw-friendly, nonslip, textured adjustable floors and a shock-absorbing hitch made with a heavy duty steel spring for safety.
The trailers are made of aluminum and feature never-go-flat 16-inch tires.
